3927 Reinhardt Dr

Overview

When Bob and his family purchased this home back in 2004 the property looked like a well-preserved snapshot from 1980, nevertheless he was taken by the potential and had a vision of its possibilities.   Fast forward to present day & the Connecticut flagstone walkways bordered w/ healthy perennials & trees embrace you & the calm of the water feature in the front garden serenades you as you go up the front steps. Inside there is a polished relaxed vibe with open dining and kitchen, separate living room with views of the hills, and a rear den with fireplace off to INCREDIBLE backyard. The backyard is a work of art w/ hand-stacked rock retaining walls, lush mature plantings that provide movement, texture, edibles, a water feature, benches for meditation or relaxation & a soccer field with turf complete with spotlights for nighttime play. Detached structural in the garden, seismically retrofitted, designer paint & touches inside & out. Space to be together or apart, what a luxury.
